Dr. Weber will assess your overall wellness along with your medical, surgical, family, social, sexual, medication, supplement use histories, labs, and imaging. We will discuss your lifestyle and ways to improve your health and optimize your body by utilizing supplements, hydration, proper nutrition, sleep, exercise, and whole-body Light Therapy. We will also go over your routine health guidelines for your age and make recommendations for you to bring to your primary care doctor.
This consultation requires providing Dr. Weber with all the information ahead of time to review. Then, you will have a 60-minute telemedicine or in-person consultation with Dr. Weber to review the information and develop a plan that works for you to move you forward to reach your health goals faster.
This consultation is not covered by insurance, but FSA/HSA is an accepted form of payment. You may use your debit/credit card, submit a receipt for reimbursement, or utilize out-of-network benefits.
Coming soon, Dr. Weber can order prescriptions, labs, and imaging during the consultation. You will receive a recommendation to bring to your primary care doctor or specialist during your appointment. Dr. Weber is also happy to talk to your doctor.
The consultation is $300 for 60 minutes via video visit (in-person may be an option). Follow-up appointments, if necessary, 30-minute appointments are also available at a discounted rate of $150. You will have unlimited text and email support.

No, Deeply Vital Medical does not accept insurance of any kind to pay for services, nor is it covered by insurance. If needed, we are happy to provide a superbill for your out-of-network benefits for the client to handle with their own insurance company.
